Springtime A La Carte

It was a day in May. Friday's weather being so absolutely gorgeous, an outdoor stroll was too great an opportunity to miss. So my mom, Ruby, Crystal, Joshua, and I headed to St. Martin's University (by way of Dairy Queen). The grounds are beautiful and the track is a great place for a walk. It has been a long time since I've been to St. Martin's but this was a special time; my dad & mom used to bring me here when I was young and now I'm here with my son and my mom, who is now a grandma.

    Sounds like a glorious day. I love the top picture of your mom with Joshua--they look a lot alike.

    I especially like the 1 with Josh looking up at Ruby! Very nice to have our moms as friends and mentors.

      That's also my favorite. We were standing beneath a big oak tree and the leaves were too exciting for Joshua- he wouldn't look at the camera, just the leaves. I also like how the wind is blowing his hair up :)
