What separates Gloria's salsa from the masses of other hot sauces is the powerful presence of flavor. It's so much more than just a hot sauce. Joe finds a way to add to most everything I cook. He says it goes with just about anything, excepting cold cereal.

I'm not good at thinking up names, but just wanted to say that I tasted that salsa at the wedding, and it is very, very, good! I agree with Joe--I'd put it on just about everything, except cold cereal...I wish it was sold locally, I'd love to buy it.
ReplyDeleteHopefully someday Gloria's sauce will be available to purchase in stores. I'm sure you'd use it often. From what George has told us Mexican food seems to be a Hier family favorite. In the meantime let me know what flavor you'd like to try and I could drop some by.
